Tricentis Tosca is a market-leading AI-powered enterprise test automation solution, trusted by SAP (its best-selling software on the SAP Solex market) and many S&P 500 companies. It is one of the most trusted tools for functional testing, DevOps integration, ERP testing (e.g., Salesforce), and more.
In our R&D tribe, I lead the UX design function for our flagship product, Tosca’s cloud version. As a manager of seven designers, I drive design across the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement. I have successfully led UX through multiple go-to-market launches and SAP premium qualifications, contributing to Tricentis securing a $1.33 billion investment from GTCR, bringing its valuation to $4.5 billion.
Helu.io - SME's financial controlling on steroids

Most SMEs in the DACH region can't afford a full ERP system and rely on error-prone Excel workflows, making accurate financial reporting difficult. In six months, we built Helu.io, a tool that connects directly to tax advisor's financial data, enabling even small companies to generate solid financial reports in just a few clicks.

Most companies see sustainability tasks as an EU-mandated burden rather than an opportunity. ESG reporting feels like just another stack of Excel sheets, with data hard to gather and limited time or resources to manage it.
In three months, we built Oaze.io, a solution that lets SMEs calculate their carbon footprint in just five minutes. We introduced a monthly subscription model built on a simple funnel for carbon offsetting. Businesses estimate their carbon footprint using a quick calculator, then choose from three vetted offsetting projects worldwide, making it easy to offset emissions through a straightforward monthly plan.

Masterprint is a fast-growing mid-sized company in the industrial printing and marking industry. However, its repair service struggled to keep up with the company's rapid growth, leading to frustrated customers due to slow response times and longer wait times for critical repairs.
We developed a mobile app solution, Mastertracker that collects service information in advance, allowing repair technicians to arrive prepared with the right tools and replacement parts. This reduces the need for multiple calls, improves customer satisfaction, and saves the repair shop five full-time equivalent (FTE) months of work.
